ko maru kaeri,Nakago has 1 mekugiana and the yasurimei are kiri made circa Bunkyu  1861 - 1864 mounted in old aikuchi koshirae with shakudo and gold menuki motif of birds.

NOBUKATSU( 1861-1864), Higo Enju Nobukatsu¯ , Takenaga Kizo emon no Jo Enju Nobukatsu sakuā€¯ , real name Takenaga Kizemon , he was a smith of Higo’s Kumamoto fief which he also signed by its other name Yufu (he came originally from Mimasaka province where he had been a student of Tada Masatoshi , he moved later to Edo and studied under Hosokawa Masayoshi , we know blades from the end of the Tenpo¨ , 1830-1844) until the Meiji era , 1868-1912, he died in Meiji four (1871) at the age of 75.
